How do I find my favorite products on your website?

There are several easy ways to locate your favorites.  You can choose 'Search by Brand' to look up by brand name.  Our brands include:

Where do I find a product's ingredients and nutritional information?

Simply click on any product and the nutritional information will come up  We keep as up to date as possible on this information which can change slightly on occasion.

I want to order an item, but it says 'TEMP ON BACKORDER'.  When will it be available to purchase?

Often, what happens is that the manufacturer runs short on popular items and will place them on a backorder status.  There is no certain date that we can provide until we hear directly from the manufacturer.  Once we do have an idea when the product will arrive, we will post an estimated arrival date on the item itself. 

When will my backordered items be shipped?

Backorders are usually filled in 3-10 working days (does not include weekends and holidays) and sometimes may take longer than 15 days.  If an item is not expected to arrive within the 15 days, we will notify you via email.

What happens when an item is suddenly backordered and I had free shipping on my original order?

If we run out of a product while we are filling your order, we will place those items on backorder status, and will ship the products that are available.  When the backordered items arrive, we will ship them to you at no additional cost to you. (Be sure to read our backorder policy for exact details).  

How do I track my order?

Once we ship your order, there will be a link in your email for you to check on the status of your order.  You will need to wait for 12 hours in order for UPS to enter your shipping information into their system.

Do you share my information with any other companies?

Is your website secure?

Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. How do I order my free samples?

 There is a 'Free Samples' button located on the left side of your screen in which you can choose what you would like to try.  This is the best way possible to try things before you buy a whole box of something that you may not like. (Please see our return policy).  Be sure you choose them before you check out, otherwise you will not be able to return to view them later. 

Where do I put my free samples on my order?

There is a box on the shipping page (under the UPS map) where you can enter your choices, or you can simply write them in the comment section box on the same page.  FYI - Be sure to choose your samples before you check out.  Once you are in the process of checking out, you cannot go back to look and see what you want to order - our system just isn't set up to do that.

Do I qualify for FREE SHIPPING and any DISCOUNTS?

You will qualify for free shipping on all orders over $75! This is UPS ground, within the continental United States.  (Free shipping does not apply to orders to Alaska or Hawaii.)
