TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
To cancel your order, please email us of the canceled order number and your wish to cancel at the "Contact Us" email address posted at bottom of Left Buttons. For your protection, it is also a good idea to call our answering service at 1-888-712-4133 and tell them your order number and your wish to cancel your order. The answering service will also send us an email. Therefore, in case one email gets hungup or lost in cyberspace, we will likely get the other email.
This must been done before cutoff time of shipping day 7 AM Eastern Time otherwise your order will ship and you will be responsible for all of the UPS shipping charges, extra UPS shipping charges to return order and the order if the order is not returned.
Orders received after 7 a.m. Eastern Time (New York) ship next business day.
TO CHANGE ORDERS
To provide you the best credit card/payment method security, we cannot add or subtract or change items or shipping method after your submit your order.
To change your order, please place a new "CORRECT" order and put in the comment section of the new order -- to cancel previous incorrect order. You can also email us of the canceled order at the "Contact Us" email address posted at bottom of Left Buttons.

TO PLACE PHONE ORDERS
Phone Orders are intended to be a convenience for our regular customers who are familiar with our products. We use a professional Phone Answering Service to avoid mistakes and errors. However, there are always risks of communication errors and consequently the wrong products ordered.
To decrease risks of ordering incorrect items or amounts, it is best to place your order online yourself to avoid those kind mistakes as well as be part of our Rewards Program which helps eliminate errors.
For customers who want to place a phone order, please know the item numbers, the correct names and brands of the products and the cost. Then please convey this information to the Phone Service and verify with Phone Service for correctness of all items and amount of items before giving Credit Card information.
We also recommend that all customers have copy of the order sent to their own email address or friend or family member so the order can be reviewed by you for correctness before we ship the order. If you find an error, please notify us immediately so we can make necessary changes.

The costs to ship and return incorrect orders that are placed are assumed by the customer. However, in the event MyDietShopz.com ships the incorrect products that are not on the phone order, then MyDietShopz.com will assume costs to return wrong items and ship correct items as per our policy on receiving products not ordered.
