Shipping is just $8.50 for all other orders under $70 (UPS Ground anywhere in Continental USA -- this does not include Hawaii or Alaska)
What is your Shipping Policy?
We currently use UPS for all of our shipping. We believe the customer or
purchaser has the right and should expect that any purchase should be received
in good condition and in a timely manner. We will make every attempt to provide
purchases in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays that occur by
Acts of God, or other matters out of our control such as backordered inventory,
severe weather delays, or transportation problems.
All products are shipped and leave our office IN PERFECT CONDITION, and are not
melted or crushed (unless advertised as a Crushed Box item, in which there are
no returns). UPS is responsible for what happens to the products after they
leave our office. If you should fail to receive your package, or it has been damaged in any way, please
let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your order so that we can begin a
claims process for you with UPS.
Important Summer Shipping
Information:
During summer months we are NOT responsible for the melting
of protein bars while in transit. We do place a �Protect from Heat� label
on all our boxes, but once your order leaves our premises, the weather is out
of our control.
No returns or credits on protein bars or any product because
package contents have been left on your porch or outside in the heat. We suggest having your order shipped to your
place of business or to a neighbors� home, or anywhere that it can be taken
inside immediately.
If your order containing protein bars has been in the heat for
any length of time, unpack
your box, and without touching or smashing individual bars, place the boxes in
your refrigerator for about an hour. They will re-harden and suffer no loss of
nutrition, although they might not be quite as pretty.
What are my choices for Expedited shipping?

We will ship according to the type of shipping that you select: Next Day Air,
2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, or UPS Ground. There are no credits or discounts
given if you pick the wrong shipment method -- we will ship according to what
you select. If you are not sure about what method of shipping to use, please
contact us.
Can you ship internationally or to a P.O. box or A.P.O address?

We currently do not ship outside the United States and UPS will not deliver to a
P.O. box. If you place your order to be shipped to a P.O. box, we will place
your order on hold status until we receive a physical shipping address from you.
What do I do if I notice that I�ve entered the wrong shipping/billing
information on my order?

Notify us right away and we may be able to fix it for you. (we will do our best!) The sooner you
let us know the better chance we�ll have at correcting it before your order
ships. If we don�t hear from you before it ships, we will charge a $10 change
fee, no exceptions.
Can I place my order and have it shipped on a specific day?

Yes you can but YOU must specify which business day that you would like
us to ship your order, and not which day you wish to receive it.
How does ordering over a holiday effect shipping times?

UPS does not deliver or ship on major Holidays like Christmas, New Years,
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. We will consequently be
closed on those days as well. Please plan accordingly when you place your order
and when you are deciding to ship Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, or
UPS Ground. Please remember that UPS counts Business days only for shipping
time.
How do I calculate the number of
days that my order will take to reach me?

below, and remember that we usually ship the next business day after we
receive your order if it is received after 6 a.m. EST. (If you ordered on Friday, after 6 a.m., Saturday
or Sunday, we would ship on Monday (unless it is a Holiday, then it would be
shipped the following business day).

We
ship from the NORTHERN VIRGINIA AREA. Using the map above, the following are
estimated shipping days from our location when your order is shipped on a
Monday:
For 1 day transit areas, like most of VA, MD, etc., you would get your
order on Tuesday.
For 2 day transit areas, like NY, SC, etc., you would get your order on
Wednesday.
For 3 day transit areas, like FL, parts of CO, etc., you would get your order
on Thursday.
For 4 day transit areas, like parts of CA, TX, etc., you would get your order
on Friday.
For 5 day transit areas, you would get your order on the following Monday
