I have been using the Diet, Health & Sports bars for several years now. I use them along with a high protein/low carb diet and moderate exercise. I have Crohn’s disease, a lot of food allergies, am a picky picky eater and I am now “gluten free”. My choices are very limited but I LOVE THESE BARS!!! With the help of these bars, I have lost 75 lbs. in 6 months. I went from a size 18/20 to a size 6/8. I continue to eat the bars between meals and I have kept my weight off now for 1.5 years.
The girls at My Diet Shopz are great! I want to thank Diana for her great notes, fantastic customer service and encouragement with every shipment. With my success, I now have 4-8 other co-workers buying bars from MyDietShopz on a monthly basis. They all love the bars and other products we have purchased from this company.
