To cover the expense involved with corrections and changes to orders which takes an average of at least 15 to 20 minutes of staff time for even small changes, there is a $8.50 fee handling fee for changing any item ordered or number of items ordered, or for adding item(s) after you have submitted your order. In general, to protect our customers against internet fraud, we are not able to add items to orders that increase the cost. We can substitute items of same cost and decrease number of items which lower costs. --->
