Phone Messages and Emails are reviewed every 1-2 hours during daytime and early evenings 7 days/week 9 AM to 9PM. Priority phone messages and emails are answered ASAP usually within 1-3 hours. We try to answer all phone calls and emails within 24 hours during business hours.
When leaving a phone message, please leave your order number and email address because we often reply to phone messages by Email to make sure you get all the details and to minimizes errors.
