  • 1 tsp. Sugar Free Strawberry Jam
  • 8 oz. 0% Fat Greek Style Yogurt, Plain
  • ¼ cup Water
Mix all ingredients in blender, adding more/less water for desired consistency.

PUMPKIN SPICE SHAKE
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder plus L-Carnitine
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 8 oz. 0% Fat Greek Style Yogurt, Plain
  • ½ cup Pumpkin, canned (Libby's)
  • 4-6 Ice Cubes
  • 8 oz. Water
Mix all ingredients in blender, adding more/less water for desired consistency.

PINEAPPLE ORANGE SHAKE
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder plus L-Carnitine
  • 1/3 cup Pineapple, Fresh (or canned w/no sugar added
  • 8 oz. 0% Fat Greek Style Yogurt, Plain
  • 1 pkt. Orangeade Drink Mix (Diet Health & Sports Wise Brand)
  • 6-8 oz. Water
Mix all ingredients in blender, adding more/less water for desired consistency. For more of a slushy consistency, prepare with 1/2 the water and add 4-6 ice cubes.
